The property's location is marvellous and amazing, near wonderful restaurants, the topkapi, and several major tourist attractions. The place where you can eat just a short walk away from the hotel is Karakol Restaurant. I have to mention the delicious breakfast with cooked to order omelets and good coffee, for instance.

Outstanding customer service. The staff at Premist Hotels Sultanahmet couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I recently stayed there and they truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. From providing me with information about the local attractions to assisting with any requests I had, they were always there to assist with a smile.
I found that the shower room could benefit from better lighting, as it was a bit dim. However, this was just a small detail and didn't affect my overall satisfaction with the hotel.

Good city getaway with plenty of sightseeing opportunities and interesting places to eat. We enjoyed the festive atmosphere of the city over Christmas and the lights in the streets were a hit with my little ones. The hotel location was spot on so we didn't have to walk for too long in the cold and we appreciated the friendly staff. Plus, the breakfast was decent and set us up nicely for the day.
The hotel itself was a bit outdated and could do with a freshen up. The soundproofing wasn't great and we found ourselves being disturbed early in the morning by a nearby mosque.
